Using the Portal
Help for the people who use a Community Portal: signing in, member content, booking, redeeming.
A Community Portal is the website your organisation runs for its community. On it you find news and information, and services for members such as benefits at partners, travels and vouchers.
These pages explain how to use a Community Portal. They are the same for every Portal, so the names of buttons and fields are the Portal's usual ones; the Portal you use may word some of them differently, and it may not offer every service described here.
What you can do
- Book a travel by sending a booking request.
- Redeem a benefit and get its voucher code.
- Write to the membership office when your membership cannot be confirmed.
Community Portals are moving to Login with appsolut, the one account for all websites and apps of your organisation. Once your Portal offers it, you sign up and sign in with it, see the content for members and manage your account; this section then explains each of these.
Who to ask
The organisation that runs the Portal answers your questions about it. Its contact details are usually in the Portal's footer or on its imprint page.
